1 sm packag French vanilla instant pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 lb box graham crackers
9 oz Cool Whip
1 x 13 x 9 pan
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp light Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbl butter
3 tbl milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk together. Add Cool Whip. Pour half of pudding mix over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and add remaining pudding mix. Top with layer of graham crackers.

Frosting:
Mix well and spread over last layer of graham crackers. Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.
