Instructions: Heat all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla extract in fondue pot on high, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Reduce heat to low for serving.
