Instructions: In a shallow pie plate, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Place a 2 ounce piece of chocolate in between two slices of bread. With a 4 inch cookie cutter, trim bread and pinch ends together. Soak bread in egg mixture until thoroughly saturated but not falling apart.
