Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix together eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Add cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. Mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-55 minutes, until cake springs back when touched. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Invert on a plate, and dust with powdered sugar when cool.
