Instructions: These easy cookies have a delightful peppermint flavor.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice well-chilled dough into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place slices 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon peppermint candy in center of each slice.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 7 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.
