Instructions: Arrange fruits attractively on small plates or a platter and set aside.
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and marmalade, and heat, stirring constantly, until marmalade melts. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate and whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Grand Marnier. Pour into fondue pot or warmed bowl. Place pot over a warmer or place bowl on a platter. Serve fruits alongside with skewers or fondue forks for dipping. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
