250 gm dark chocolate
5 lrg eggs whites and yolks separated
1 tsp orange rind, (grated) and extra for garnish
2 tbl roasted hazelnuts or pecan nuts, (lightly crushed)
1 tbl caster sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Once melted, remove and allow to cool a little.

Add egg yolks, one at a time, and mix in. Add in orange rind.

Beat egg whites, caster sugar and cream of tartar until it forms soft peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture. Add roasted pecan or hazelnuts.

Pour the mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate. Serve with sour cream, mint and grated orange rind.
