Instructions: In a medium saucepan mix the buttermilk & cocoa. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until the liquid starts to thicken (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Pour into a large bowl & add the sugar, egg whites & vanilla.
Beat until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder & salt, blending well. Chill overnight in the refrigerator. When youre ready to serve, preheat oven to 350F. Put the powdered sugar in a medium size bowl, drop spoonfuls of the dough into the sugar & completely cover. Place the dough balls on a cookie sheet thats been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove promptly from baking sheet, place on a serving plate & eat while hot.
