Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Second Layer: Cream sugar and cheese. Stir in Cool Whip to spread over baked crust. Third Layer: Beat together pudding mix and milk. Spread over the cheese layer. Fourth Layer: Fold more nuts in remaining Cool Whip. Spread mixture over chocolate layer.
