Amount	Ingredient
	FIRST LAYER ----------------
1/2 cup	flour
1/2 stk	margarine
3/4 cup	nuts
	----------------- SECOND LAYER ----------------
1 cup	powdered sugar
1/2 tub	Cool Whip, (8 or 9 ounces)
8 oz	cream cheese
	----------------- THIRD LAYER ----------------
2 pkt	instant chocolate pudding, (3 ounces)

Instructions:

Instructions: First Layer:
Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Second Layer:
Cream sugar and cheese. Stir in Cool Whip to spread over baked crust.

Third Layer:
Beat together pudding mix and milk. Spread over the cheese layer.

Fourth Layer:
Fold more nuts in remaining Cool Whip. Spread mixture over chocolate layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
