Instructions: Mix the mascarpone cheese and cream together, then divide the mixture between two bowls.
To one bowl add the sieved icing sugar, lemon rind and juice and mix together. To the other bowl, stir in the melted chocolate. In a sundae glass or ramekin dish, layer up the chcolate cream first, then lemon then chocolate again, finishing with the lemon cream. Decorate with grated chocolate. Notes: Chill before serving.
