Instructions: Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with wax paper. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the white chocolate and the 1/4 cup butter. In a small bowl, whip together the 4 tablespoons whipping cream and the brandy until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the white chocolate mixture and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and the 3 tablespoons butter. In a small bowl, whip together the 1/4 cup whipping cream and the liqueur until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate chip mixture and set aside. In a small bowl, whip together the egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Add two-thirds of the egg white mixture to the reserved white chocolate mixture. Add the remaining egg white mixture to the reserved chocolate chip mixture. Pour both blended mixtures into the prepared pan in order and chill for 4 hours. Slice and serve immediately. YIELD: 8 SERVINGS Email this Recipe:
