1/3 cup sugar
3 sqr (3 ounces) unsweetened
chocolate, cut up
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 x beaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Instructions: In a saucepan combine milk, sugar, chocolate, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cook and stir until chocolate is melted and milk is very hot. Gradually stir 1 cup of the hot mixture into eggs; return to saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more over low heat. Remove from

Pour into mugs; garnish with stick of cinnamon, if desired.
