Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Margarine
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 lrg Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
1/4 cup Margarine, softened
2 tbl Cocoa
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
2 tsp Instant coffee
1 dsh Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cookies: Melt margarine & chocolate together. Cool. 10 minutes. Add brown sugar to chocolate mixture. Add egg, vanilla & buttermilk. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chips & nuts. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake 375F for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool; frost.

Frosting: Blend all ingredients together. Use only enough milk to make frosting spreadable.
