Instructions: Melt chocolate, water, coffee and Margarine together. Cool slightly. Separate the eggs. Beat egg yolk. gradually add 1 T of sugar Add egg yolks to the chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites. Gradually add 1 T of sugar and beat till egg whites stiff. Gently add to Mousse. Refrigerate. You can also whip some Parve whip cream (Rich) and spread on top if you want a real treat.
