Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Cool. Stir in vanilla and gently fold in whipped cream. Layer mousse and vanilla wafer crumbs evenly into 6 (4 oz) parfait glasses. Cover. Freeze at least 1 hour or up to two days. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
