Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Lightly grease large muffin pans.

Sift the flour, baking powder, Nesquik and sugar into a bowl.

Add the chocolate.

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.

Beat the egg, then stir in the milk and melted butter.

Pour the liquid mixture into the well and stir until the dry ingredients are just dampened. Avoid overmixing.

Three-quarters fill each muffin pan with the mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.

Prepare Decadent Choc Flavoured Selections following the directions on the container and serve with the muffins.
