Instructions: Grease a square 8-inch baking pan; set aside. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients, except rolled oats and hazelnut spread. Heat until sugar has melted. Boil for 1 minute. Off heat, mix in rolled oats and chocolate-hazelnut spread. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
