Instructions: Stirring constantly, melt chocolate chips in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in cookie crumbs, sugar, sour cream, orange peel, and salt. Cover and chill until firm. Press crumb mixture around each piece of candy, forming 1 1/2 inch balls. Coat with confectioners sugar. Store in an airtight container.
