Instructions: Melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler. Cool. Combine orange rind, sugar, egg yolks, and eggs in container of electric blender; blend until light and foamy. Add chocolate and orange juice; blend well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into small individual serving dishes; chill until set. Garnish each with additional whipped cream and mandarin orange slices.
