Instructions: In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate in the water over medium heat. Bring to a boil and whisk into a smooth sauce. Remove from heat and cool. Blend the chocolate sauce with the orange juice and corn syrup.
Freeze following directions for your ice cream machine. Makes about 1 quart. NOTES : This sorbet is probably higher calorie than most, but its a long-time favorite. Gets rave reviews every time I serve it, from adults and children alike. Email this Recipe:
