3 x 100 g bars plain chocolate, (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
1 x 500 g panettone
2 x 250 g tubs mascarpone
4 tbl Unrefined golden icing sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water until melted, stirring occasionally. Slice the panettone and chop each into bite size pieces. Drizzle chocolate over each, place on a cooling rack and leave to set for 15-20 minutes.

2 Put the mascarpone into a bowl, add the golden icing sugar and brandy, to taste. Serve the panettone with a little bowl of the golden mascarpone.
