Instructions: Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
Makes 5 cups or 5 servings. 1. NOTE: Recipe calls for ice milk, however, diabetics would be better served using a sugar-free, low-fat frozen dairy dessert product.
