Instructions: Spray an 8- by 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, combine the corn syrup, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Cook on low heat until the peanut butter and chocolate chips are melted, 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the puffed rice until well incorporated. Spread in the prepared pan and cool for 10 minutes before cutting. This recipe yields 9 servings. Serving size: 1 piece.
