1/2 pkt (11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
1 ct (15-oz) Ricotta cheese
2 pkt (3-oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tbl Sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbl Chopped citron
1 tsp Vanilla extract
12 x Prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese, confectioners sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 12 cannolis.
