Instructions: Separate the eggs.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks, one at a time and beat well. Stir in flour and cocoa sifted together. Add milk gradually. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into a buttered pie dish. Bake in moderate oven 350F/190C for 1/2 hour. Serve with hot chocolate sauce. Email this Recipe:
