1 pkt (12-oz) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
6 tbl Butter
2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 x Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Coarsely chopped nuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, 1 cup Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels and butter. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine egg, milk, sugar and vanilla extract; mix well. Add melted morsels; mix until well blended. Gradually stir in flour mixture until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir in remaining 1 cup Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, nuts and raisins. Pour into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Makes one loaf.
