Instructions: In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process until the mixture sticks togeter.
Transfer to a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of the nuts and stir until well mixed. Roll into 1 1/4" balls. Roll the balls in the remaining chopped nuts. Place on wax paper or paper lined jelly roll pan. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 3 dozen bon bons. Email this Recipe:
