Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees .
Cream together the butter, sugar, and eggs. Stirring well, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Set aside Prepare filling by melting chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in milk. Spread half of batter in a 13" by 9" by 2" pan. Pour filling over the batter. Top filling with remaining batter. Bake about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Email this Recipe:
