Instructions: Combine cookie crumbs, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup and rum in food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Stir in walnuts. Roll l tablespoon of mixture into small ball. Roll ball in chocolate cookie crumbs to evenly coat. Store rum balls in an airtight tin and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be frozen.
