Instructions: Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan. Slowly blend in soymilk and stir well. Cook on medium-low heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla.
Variations: Omit the cocoa powder to make vanilla flavored pudding. Yield: 5 cups. Serving size 3/4 cup. Email this Recipe:
