Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add soda, baking powder, and salt and sift together three times.
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, and cream together thoroughly. Add egg and chocolate, beating until smooth. Add flour, alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat well after each addition. Turn into greased mold, cover, and steam 2 hours. Serve hot with chocolate sauce. Serves 10. Email this Recipe:
