Instructions: Make and bake tartlet shells, following master recipe.
To make filling; melt chocolate and sugar in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in cream. Stir over heat until the mixute begins to thicken, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Fill pastry shells with chocolate mixture. Regrigerate. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and the chocolate curls or candied lilacs. Email this Recipe:
