Instructions: Prepare Caramel Banana Topping; keep warm. Heat waffle iron; grease if necessary. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour batter by scants cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming slows. Carefully remove waffle. Serve with topping.
Makes 12 4-inch squares. Caramel Banana Topping: Stir all ingredients except bananas in 1-quart saucepan until mixed. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Add bananas; stir gently until well coated. Hight Altitude (3,500 to 6,500 feet): Decrease sugar to 3/4 cup sugar. Bake about 5 minutes. Prep Time: 10 minutes Bake Time: 15 minutes Email this Recipe:
