Instructions: In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt butter; add cocoa then 2/3 cup milk, stirring until smooth & slightly thickened. Pour into med bowl; cool to room temp. Beat in 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 tsp. rind. Fold in half the whipped cream. In med bowl, combine remaining milk, 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 tsp. rind. Fold in remaining whipped cream.
Chill thoroughly. In 8 dessert dishes, spoon equal portions of chocolate mix, making a well in center of each. Spoon orange mix into center of each. Chill. Email this Recipe:
