Instructions: Pour fresh coffee and instant coffee into bowl. Add rum and brandy and mix together.
Pour biscuits into the coffee mixture to soak up. Whisk egg yolks and caster sugar together until fluffy and light. Add mascarpone cheese gradually to egg yolks. Blend with a whisk. Grate the chocolate. Put half the chocolate into the egg mixture and whisk. Put a layer of biscuits into a serving bowl, then a layer of egg mixture, then another layer of biscuits and build. Place in a fridge to chill and set for one hour. Take the pudding out of the fridge and sprinkle with crushed nuts and the rest of the grated chocolate. Email this Recipe:
