1 cup honey
300 ml cream
1/2 cup liquid glucose
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup almonds, unsalted
1/2 cup mixed peel
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil cream, honey and glucose to 125C/260F, remove from heat and stir in nuts and finely diced peel. Leave to sit for a short time then roll out 1 cm thick.

When completely cold, cut into 1cm X 3cm pieces and dip in melted chocolate.
