400 gm Small squids, cleaned
90 gm Plain flour
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain the cleaned squids well and then dust them with plain flour and season.

Heat the olive oil to at least 160C and deep-fry for a couple of minutes until the squids are golden and crispy. Ensure that you do not overcook the fish otherwise they will become chewy and inelastic.
