Instructions: 1. First make the popcorn. Put the oil and popcorn into a large pan and allow to cook until the corn begins to pop. When all the corn has popped and there is no more popping noise, remove the pan from the heat and cool.
2. In a smaller saucepan, mix the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter together and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. 3. Place the peanuts, popcorn and chocolate raisins in a large mixing bowl and add the hot syrup, stirring thoroughly and sprinkling on the sesame seeds once the mixture is almost thoroughly mixed. 4. Oil a 20cm. X 30cm .lamington tin then press the mixture into the tin, flattening it out to even it up. 5. Heat the melts in the microwave then pour into a sturdy plastic bag. Cut a tiny bit off the corner and drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn. 6. Allow to cool thoroughly before slicing then keep in an airtight container. Email this Recipe:
