3 x chokoes, peeled
6 x thin slices ham
1 tbl butter
1 tbl plain flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated gruyere cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cut chokoes into quarters and cut out seeds. Cook by steaming or in the microwave until just tender. Cut each ham slice in half and wrap a piece of ham around a piece of choko. Place the choko pieces in a single layer in a gratin dish.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir with a whisk. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk gradually, continually stirring, until mixture is smooth. Cook sauce until it has thickened. Add 2/3 cup gruyere and stir through until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Pre-heat oven to 200deg.C. Pour sauce over the chokoes and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in oven until golden on top.
