Instructions: Cut chicken into 2cm dice. Slice vegetables thinly.
Heat oil in a pan or wok, add minced pork and chicken and cook until well browned, about 5 minutes. Add finely sliced vegetables and toss through until well combined. Cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables have softened slightly. Combine all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add to wok and stir until boiling and sauce thickens and becomes clear. Add bean and bamboo shoots. Cook a further 3 minutes. Serves 4-6. Email this Recipe:
