Ingredients:

4 x chicken breasts
400 gm pork, minced
2 tbl vegetable oil
1/4 x cabbage, green
3 stk celery
2 x onions, medium
1 x carrots, medium
----------------- SAUCE: ----------------
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp ginger, crushed
1 tbl soy sauce
1/10 tsp Chinese 5 spice
salt, pepper
1 cup bamboo shoots
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut chicken into 2cm dice. Slice vegetables thinly.

Heat oil in a pan or wok, add minced pork and chicken and cook until well browned, about 5 minutes.

Add finely sliced vegetables and toss through until well combined. Cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables have softened slightly.

Combine all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add to wok and stir until boiling and sauce thickens and becomes clear. Add bean and bamboo shoots. Cook a further 3 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
