Instructions: 1. Heat seeds in small skillet over medium heat until toasted, stirring frequently Remove from skillet. Add chili to skillet; cook over medium heat until softened, turning frequently so chili doesnt burn, 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove and discard stem, veins, and seeds. Chop chili finely. 2. Combine vegetable protein crumbles, seeds, chili, eggs, vinegar, garlic, paprika, oregano, and salt. Form mixture into 6 patties. 3. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Cook patties over medium to medium-low heat until browned, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
