Instructions: Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems and reserve for another use.
Remove sausage meat from it casing and fry in a small skillet until no longer pink. Use a wooden spoon to break up into small crumbly pieces. Drain fat from sausage meat, stir in cheese. Fill each cap with about 1 tsp. of the sausage/cheese mixture and place in an ungreased baking dish. Spoon taco sauce over caps and bake for 2-25 minutes or until heated through. Remove from over, transfer to a platter and sprinkle with green onions. Email this Recipe:
