2 med Bell peppers, chopped
4 med Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bn Parsley, chopped
1/2 bn Coriander, chopped
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
1 tbl Garlic
1 tbl Paprika
1 tbl Cumin
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine peppers, tomatoes, parsley and coriander and saute in olive oil.

Add remaining ingredients. Saute until tender and thick. Serve hot or cold.
