2 x Raw beets, diced
1 x Beet cooked unpeeled, then peeled and diced
1/2 cup Grated horseraddish
1 cup Vinegar
1 tbl Mustard
2 tbl Sugar
1/2 cup Bolied water
Instructions:
Instructions: Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
