Instructions: 1 Soak 18 wooden kebab skewers in water for about 20-30 minutes. Cut the vegetables into pieces about 2cm/ 3/4", large enough not to split when threaded onto skewers. Leave the tomatoes whole.
2 Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Combine the soy sauce with oil in a small bowl and season with pepper. 3 Thread a selection of vegetables onto each skewer and brush with the oil mixture. Grill, turning regularly, for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with the satay sauce. Email this Recipe:
