4 x red bell peppers diced
2 x jalapeno peppers minced
4 x cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 cup light brown sugar packed
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup golden raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook until thickened.

Makes 4 cups. This is good with poultry or pork.
