Not of the book theyre written in, but of my very heart.

For each name stands for some who has walked my path sometime and in that meeting, youve become the "Rhythm of the Rhyme." and though sometimes the list may change and not remain the same

I really feel that Im composed of each beloved name. and while you may not be aware of the special link

Just knowing you has shaped my life more than you can think

For once youve met somebody, the years cannot erase

The memory of a pleasant word or a loving face.

Never think of my Christmas card just as a mere routine

Of names upon a Christmas list, forgotten in between

For when I send a Christmas card that is addressed to you

Its because youre on that list if folks Im indebted to.

For be you a relative or friend or just plain folks I have met

You happen to be one of those I prefer not to forget and whether I have known you for many years or just a few

In some way you have had a part in shaping things I do. and every year when Christmas comes I realize anew

The biggest gift that life can give is knowing folks like you

May the spirit of each Christmas that eternally endures

Leave its richest blessing in the hearts of you and yours. and as you read this message that I send at Christmas time

Know that I send you all my best, while you are on my mind.
