Instructions: Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, peppers and onions until smooth. Take about a heaping tablespoon (not a measuring spoon, but a silverware spoon) of the mixture and spread it on a torilla. Dont smooth it all the way to the edges. Then roll up the tortilla into a tube and wrap it in aluminum foil or wax paper. Repeat this with the remaining tortillas.
Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for at least an hour. Then remove, and cut into one-inch slices. Serve immediately. Makes a colorful and delicious holiday appetizer!!!! Your guests will eat this up! Email this Recipe:
