Instructions: Scrub, but do not peel the potatoes, grate them into a large jar. Add wheat, sugar and raisins pulled apart. Cover with hot water. When it cools to lukewarm scatter the dry yeast on top and ferment one month stirring daily. Strain gently through jelly bag without squeezing! Add a large pinch of isinglass, stand another month then pour off the clear wine and bottle. Warning!! This stuff is STRONG!!
