Instructions: Directions: Toss cheese with flour. Using a heavy saucepot, rub the garlic clove in the bottom of the pot and over the bottom of the fondue pot. Place the wine in the sauce pot and heat until warm. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Season to taste. Pour into fondue pot. Serve with bread cubes, sausage, meats etc..
